Three new wildcard franchises are joining the competition: La Capital CF, led by Lamine Yamal; Miami 7, backed by Jake Paul and Adin Ross; and Kunisports, playing its last tournament in Europe before moving to Kings League Americas.

Opening Matchday: Matchups determined by draw
Second Matchday:
- Winners from the first round face off; teams with two consecutive wins advance directly to the Round of 16
- Losers from the first round play an elimination match. Two losses mean elimination, while the winner gets one last chance in the Last Chance Round

Knockout Stage

Round of 16: Teams with two wins face off against those with a 2-1 record
Quarterfinals & Semifinals
