The last four original One Club Men remaining in the Kings League
Only four players in the Kings League InfoJobs have stayed with the same team since Split 1.
In the Kings League, a competition marked by constant transfers and signings, One Club Men stand out as a rare and endangered figure.
These players have become symbols of their respective clubs, with only four remaining after the first day of Mercato 2025. This list has seen two last-minute departures: Víctor Cócera and Adrià Capi Gutiérrez.
Mario León (Jijantes FC)
Mario León has stood between the posts for Gerard Romero’s team since Split 1 of the Kings League. A goalkeeper who remains the only Jijantes FC player to have never worn the colors of another club in the competition.
Although he only played three matches in the last Split, he delivered a solid performance with six saves and just one goal conceded, achieving an average of 0.33 goals per game.
It was a season where he reached the pinnacle of success in Tenerife, lifting the Kings League title with his team. With this achievement, Mario León is the only original One Club Man among the four remaining who has been crowned champion of the Kings League.
Aarón Ropero (PIO FC)
Aarón Ropero knows nothing but defending PIO FC’s colors in the Kings League. A midfielder selected as Rivers’ Pick 4 in the first Split, he played 11 matches in Split 4, where his team finished 9th in the standings, missing out on the Playoffs.
The only season where Aarón Ropero reached the Playoffs was in Split 2 of the 2023/24 Kings League. In this final phase, Rivers’ team fell early, losing 2-4 to Saiyans in the round of 16.
The black-and-whites will aim to surpass their best record so far in Split 5 of the Kings League with a heavily revamped squad following the first day of Mercato 2025.
Franky Purtí (Rayo de Barcelona)
Franky Purtí is part of the Kings League One Club Men’s list since Split 1. The Pick 4 for Rayo de Barcelona in the first Split finished the most recent one with five goals and two assists in 11 matches.
Additionally, his performance earned him MVP honors in two matches, though it wasn’t enough to prevent his team from finishing 8th in the regular phase of Split 4. This result kept them out of the Playoffs but marked Spursito’s team’s best performance in the competition so far.
Raúl Ledo (1K FC)
Raúl Ledo is the last of the original One Club Men still standing in the Kings League after the first day of the 2025 Mercato. Although the 1K FC defender was temporarily released in June 2024, he didn’t play a single match with any other team before returning to Iker Casillas’ squad.
A player who appeared in nine matches during Split 4, committing a total of three fouls and receiving just one yellow card. However, his team finished the regular phase in second-to-last place on the table.
The closest he’s ever come to winning the Kings League title was in Split 2, where 1K reached the quarterfinals but were defeated by Aniquiladores in a thrilling 5-4 match.
Capi Gutiérrez y Víctor Cócera, departures from the One Club Man list after Day 1 of Mercato 2025
The One Club Man list, which once had sixmembers from Split 1, now stands at just four following the first day of Mercato 2025.
Adrià Capi Gutiérrez, a champion of Split 2 with xBuyer Team, bid farewell to his time with the Buyer brothers to join Ibai Llanos’ Porcinos.
Meanwhile, Víctor Cócera also ceased to be a One Club Man for Kunisports as he moved to Aniquiladores. Will this list shrink further by the close of Mercato 2025?
Two One Club Man wildcards
Only four Draft players have defended the same colors from the start of Split 1 to the first day of the 2025 Mercato. However, this list of players loyal to their teams must also include two players ranked 11, 12, and 13 who are also One Club Men: Carles Planas and Joan Verdú.
The defender and midfielder have only participated in the Kings League wearing the Los Troncos FC jersey, although they could lose this status in Split 5 of the Kings League.
