The first day of the 2025 Kings League Mercato left numerous surprises, unexpected moves, and jaw-dropping release clauses.

Here is a breakdown of all the transfers made in each window of this start of the 2025 Kings League Mercato.

Players released in Window 1 of the 2025 Mercato

Ultimate Móstoles was the team with the most departures during the first window of the 2025 Mercato, with three players released.

The team led by DjMariiO said goodbye to Joel Bañuls (30 M), Cristian Ubón (91 M), and Aleix Martí (41M), who joined PIO FC, El Barrio, and Rayo de Barcelona, respectively.

With these releases, Ultimate Móstoles earned a total of 162 M, although these gains were surpassed by Los Troncos, who, with the departures of Aitor Vives (125 M) and Edgar Álvaro (69 M), reached 194 M.

Jijantes FC was the second team to earn the most money in this window, with the releases of Marc Pelaz (140 M) from Porcinos FC and Pablo Beguer (30 M) to xBuyer Team.

The biggest buzz surrounded the signing of Cristian Ubón, who received release clauses from El Barrio and 1K, with Adri Contreras’ team being his final choice for Split 5 of the Kings League.

Gilles Vidal, released in the first window by Perxitaa, moved to Porcinos FC during this Mercato phase. A similar situation occurred with Carlos Contreras, who ended up at Saiyans FC after Jijantes paid his release clause.

Release clauses of Window 3

Day 1 of the 2025 Mercato of the Kings League brought us a surprise release clause window that three teams missed: Saiyans FC and PIO FC due to lack of budget, and Kunisports, which did not pay any clause.

The main event was the release clause of Adri Contreras and Perxitaa for Eloy Amoedo, who ultimately joined Los Troncos. This led the president of El Barrio to pay the release clause of Rafa Leva (40 M) to add a goalkeeper to his team.
