Below, we explain how it will work, the key dates, and the rules so you don’t miss a single detail of the 2025 Mercato.

January 20, 2025: Day 1 of the Kings League Mercato

The first transfer day will take place on January 20 and will be exclusively dedicated to the Kings League. Additionally, this day will feature two transaction windows, just like the first day of the 2025 Mercato of the Queens League Oysho:

  • Window 1: the release clauses will be activated. Each team will be able to execute one Clausulazo, enabling them to sign a player by paying their release clause
  • Window 2: a free negotiation period will open for a maximum of 30 minutes. During this window, teams can perform unlimited operations, such as player trades, draft picks, and millions without restrictions.

27 de enero de 2025: Cierre de Mercato de la Kings y la Queens League

The January Mercato 2025 of the Kings League and the Queens League Oysho will conclude on January 27, 2025. This third transfer day will involve both competitions with three new windows:

  • Window 3: Buyout clauses, with one available per team.
  • Window 4: 60 minutes of free negotiations, with unlimited transactions.
  • Window 5: Activation of buyout clauses. If a team has fewer than nine draft players on its roster, it can activate additional clauses until reaching that number.

Rules of the January Mercato 2025 for the Kings League

The January 2025 transfer market for the Kings League InfoJobs and the Queens League Oysho includes several rules essential for understanding its full operation:

  • Duration of the Windows: the Clausulazo windows will last 10 minutes, while negotiation windows will extend up to 30 minutes.
  • Release clauses and club selection: if a player is claimed by more than one team using a release clause, the player will choose their destination. The club that fails to sign the player retains the option to execute a Clausulazo.
  • Changing teams during a window: players who change teams during a window cannot be claimed again using a release clause during the Mercato. They can only change clubs through negotiation windows.
  • Returning to previous teams: players cannot return to the club(s) they left during the Mercato windows.
  • Rules at the end of the Mercato: teams must ensure a minimum of 9 draft players and a maximum of 11 on their roster by the end of the Mercato. This rule guarantees that clubs maintain a proper structure within their squads.
