LOUD SC and Podpah can qualify on Kings Cup Brazil Matchday 3

LOUD SC and Podpah Funkbol Clube can secure qualification on Monday 2 November, but need several results to go their way. Capim FC have a simpler task: beat Nyvelados FC. Between zero and three teams can qualify on Matchday 3; no team can be eliminated.

After the Matchday 2 results, Group A lead the Challenger series 2-0. This cross-group contest also determines how many qualifying places each group receives.

What changes if Dibrados FC win the Challenger

If Dibrados FC beat G3X FC, Group A take a decisive 3-0 lead and receive four qualifying places; Group B receive three. The eventual Group A winners go straight to the Semi-Finals and the other six qualifiers enter the Quarter-Finals. Brazil has no Last Chance round. A G3X FC win makes it 2-1 and keeps the group advantage undecided.

The Challenger adds no wins or goals to the individual group standings. Dibrados FC do not qualify by winning this match: they must still earn their place in the Group A standings. The Challenger winners receive an extra Secret Card for their first knockout match, if they qualify.

Capim FC only need a win

Beating Nyvelados FC guarantees a top-three finish and qualification, regardless of the Challenger. A Shootout win also counts. If DesimpaiN also beat Dendele FC, Capim FC secure a top-two finish.

If Capim FC and Dendele FC both win, Capim FC secure a top-three finish and Dendele FC a top-four finish. Dendele FC would not yet be qualified, because Group B may receive only three places.

LOUD SC need two wins and one more condition

First, Podpah must beat Fluxo FC and LOUD SC must beat Furia FC. For LOUD SC to clinch qualification, at least one further condition must hold: LOUD SC win before Shootouts or Dibrados FC win the Challenger.

A LOUD SC win before Shootouts, alongside a Podpah win, guarantees LOUD SC a top-three finish. If LOUD SC win via Shootouts, they need Dibrados FC to win so their guaranteed top-four finish secures qualification.

Podpah need three results

They qualify if they beat Fluxo FC, LOUD SC beat Furia FC and Dibrados FC beat G3X FC. All three wins may come via Shootouts. Podpah then secure a top-four finish and Group A have four confirmed qualifying places.

If Podpah and LOUD SC win but G3X FC win the Challenger, Podpah secure a top-four finish without clinching qualification. If LOUD SC also win via Shootouts, neither team clinches qualification yet: Group A could still receive only three places.

What remains open for the other teams

Dibrados FC, Fluxo FC, Furia FC, Dendele FC, G3X FC, DesimpaiN and Nyvelados FC cannot clinch qualification on this matchday. All remain in contention. No exact final position can be secured, and no team can be confirmed as the direct Semi-Final entrant.

Each group win earns one point, including a Shootout win. Ties are first assessed using the results between the teams concerned, as explained in the regulations. Monday’s five matches start at 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00 Brasília time; G3X FC–Dibrados FC close the matchday.
