Futbolistas Locos is the only German team still in the hunt for a spot in the round of 16. They will face the Spanish champions, DJMariio’s team, this Sunday. After a shootout win against Ultra Chmicha, they earned the ticket that keeps their dream alive in the KWC Clubs Paris 2025

Moroccan fans made their presence felt at the Cupra Arena in Paris, but the Germans managed to come out on top.

The match kicked off with a goal from Noah Can in the very first minute, putting Futbolistas Locos ahead. That’s when the Moroccan fans started to make themselves heard, cheering on Ultra Chmicha, who quickly equalized and added three more goals to finish the first half with a 1–4 lead.

In the second half, the Germans regrouped, scoring three goals in three minutes. KubaFPS then converted a “President’s Penalty,” giving them a temporary 5–4 lead in the 34th minute. But Ilyas ElMaliki had the chance to equalize with his own President’s Penalty—and he did so with flair, showmanship, and a precise left-footed shot that Daniel Dreesen, the Futbolistas Locos’s keeper, couldn’t stop.

In the shootout, Lordan Handanovic scored the decisive goal, securing the first German victory of the Kings World Cup Clubs Paris 2025. “This is the first of many,” he declared. On Sunday, Futbolistas Locos will look to continue their winning streak against Ultimate Móstoles in the Last Chance round. “This is just the beginning. I hope we keep playing as a team, like we did today—giving 100%,” Handanovic reflected.
