Quarter-Final Schedule: The Knockout Phase Heats Up

The Kings World Cup Nations 2026 continues at the Trident Arena in São Paulo. Following the Last Chance round and the quarter-final draw, the stage is set for the teams to give everything for a spot in the semi-finals. Here is the schedule for the upcoming matches.

Quarter-Final Schedule: Day 1 (January 13)
6:00pm ET Mexico vs. France
Mexico, the tournament record holders with 27 total goals and winners of the Kings Tiebreaker against Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, face a French side that beat Argentina 7-5 in the Last Chance round. France’s win was helped by a presidential penalty converted by Michel Bastos, formerly of Lyon and Lille OSC.
7:00pm ET Italy vs. Brazil
Italy remains one of only three unbeaten teams after defeating France, Poland, and Algeria, and currently holds the best defensive record in the competition. They will take on Brazil, who arrive fresh from a 7-1 victory over Saudi Arabia in the Last Chance round, featuring a hat trick from 2025 Golden Crown winner Lipão Pinheiro.

Quarter-Final Schedule: Day 2 (January 14)
6:00pm ET Chile vs. Germany
Chile completes the group of unbeaten teams after securing wins against Morocco, Colombia, and the Netherlands. They face Germany, who qualified as group leaders following a Kings Tiebreaker shootout against the United States and Argentina.
7:00pm ET Spain vs. USA
Spain stays undefeated after successes against Brazil, Qatar, and Peru. They will play the United States, who defeated the Netherlands 7-4 in a physical Last Chance match decided by a Gabriel Costa hat trick, including the winning goal.
The semi-final bracket is now set. The winner of Chile vs. Germany will meet the winner of Spain vs. USA. On the other side, the winner of Mexico vs. France will face the winner of Italy vs. Brazil.
