October 3 is Draft Day: Kings League Brazil picks its new players live from the Trident Arena
120 players in the pool, five games before the picks and every president in São Paulo, including Benja in his Fluxo FC debut. The Kings Cup Brazil arrives on October 19.
October 3 is Draft Day in Kings League Brazil. Every president will be live at the Trident Arena in São Paulo for a day featuring five games played by teams made up of draft hopefuls and a face-to-face Draft, with everyone in the room, where the 10 teams will strengthen their squads for the new season.
First come the Tryouts, on October 1 and 2 at the same Trident Arena, which will decide who makes the final pool of 120 players. Sixteen days after the Draft, on October 19, the Kings Cup Brazil kicks off.
Three days at the Trident Arena: from Tryouts to the Draft
On September 16, Kings League Brazil opened free registration for players from all over the country, alongside players nominated by the teams themselves. The league’s technical staff reviewed the applications and selected who would take part in the in-person stage.
October 1 and 2: Tryouts
The selected players will spend two days being tested at the Trident Arena in São Paulo, where the Kings League technical staff will assess their physical and technical level; those who stand out will make the Draft pool, which will bring together 120 players available to the 10 teams.
October 3: five games and a face-to-face Draft
Draft Day starts on the pitch, with five games played by teams made up of draft hopefuls, and ends with the players being picked face to face, with every president at the Trident Arena and live on stream; the broadcast starts at 17:00 (São Paulo time).
Where to watch Draft Day
The final tests and the Draft will be streamed live on Kings League Brazil’s official channels and on the presidents’ channels. The Draft gets the 2026/2027 season underway for all 10 teams, including DesimpaiN, who won the Split 2 title in May, and G3X FC, who were crowned Kings World Cup Clubs champions in August.
One of those presidents is new to the job: on September 26, Kings League Brazil welcomed Benja as the new president of Fluxo FC, who will go through their first Draft with him.
After the Draft, the Kings Cup Brazil
Once the Draft is done, the 10 teams will have their squads ready for the Kings Cup Brazil, which starts on October 19. For the 120 players in the pool, October 3 decides who earns a spot on a Kings League Brazil roster.
