Hat-tricks for Caio Henrique and Lucas ‘L7’, a 10-3 from Podpah and three Shootout deciders as the Kings Cup Brazil kicks off

The Kings Cup Brazil opened with 44 goals in five games. On Monday, 19 October, at the Trident Arena in São Paulo, Podpah Funkbol Clube thrashed Nyvelados FC 10-3 in the Challenger clash, Capim FC, Fluxo FC and Dibrados FC won in the Shootouts and Dendele FC beat G3X FC 4-3.

Caio Henrique scored all 3 of Capim FC’s goals against DesimpaiN, champions of the last Split, and Lucas ‘L7’ hit another hat-trick for Dendele FC against the Kings World Cup Clubs champions. Matchday 2 is on Monday, 26 October.

Podpah Funkbol Clube run riot with a Yan ‘Coringa’ brace

Yan ‘Coringa’ opened the scoring in the 2nd minute and struck again in the 21st to earn MVP. João ‘Choco’ scored twice in a row (22′ and 23′), Thiago Magalhães added a double goal with the Goal x2 card and Michel Elias, president alongside Igão and MC Hariel, converted his President Penalty. Vini Alexandre, Murilo Tudisco and William Jesus, with the Victory Goal in the 38th, completed the 10-3.

Nyvelados FC scored through Maicon Macabeu, Matheus Scooby and the President Penalty of Falcão, who runs the team with Nyvi Estephan.

Capim FC beat DesimpaiN with a Caio Henrique hat-trick

Caio Henrique, Star Player for Jon Vlogs, Luva de Pedreiro and Racha’s team, scored in the 2nd, 22nd and 23rd minutes to make it 2-3. Danilo Alemão and Douglinhas Melo had scored for DesimpaiN, and their president, Renato Vicente, levelled at 3-3 with his President Penalty in the 31st.

Racha missed his in the same minute and Douglinhas Melo missed a penalty in the 35th. In the decider, Capim FC won 3-2 and Caio Henrique was named MVP.

Fluxo FC edge Furia FC in the Shootouts

Fluxo FC went 2-0 up through João Pedro’s goal in the 3rd minute and Cerol’s President Penalty in the 13th. Furia FC, the team of Neymar and Cris Guedes, turned it around: Lipão Pinheiro scored in the 22nd, Leleti Garcia converted a Shootout in the same minute and Lipão added another in the 36th for 2-3. Cris Guedes had missed his President Penalty in the 24th.

Patrick Habibi levelled at 3-3 from the spot in the 37th and Fluxo FC won the decider 3-2. Lipão Pinheiro, with a goal and a Shootout, was the MVP.

Dibrados FC beat LOUD SC in the decider after a 6-6

Dibrados FC scored through Luan Teles, Ton ‘Spider’, Well Andrade, Luan ‘Mestre’ and Daniel Ram, and Allan Stag made it 6-4 in the 26th with his President Penalty. In the same minute, Brabox missed LOUD SC’s.

Coringa and Brabox’s team pulled one back with a Felipe Viana penalty and Helber Júnior levelled at 6-6 in the 27th with his second goal; Rafinha Cunha, Esaú Nascimento and Luís Fernando also scored. In the decider against LOUD SC, Dibrados FC won 2-1 and Helber Júnior was the MVP.

Dendele FC beat G3X FC with a Lucas ‘L7’ hat-trick

G3X FC, the team of Gaules and Kelvin, led 2-3 when Lucas ‘L7’ equalised in the 40th. In the 42nd, L7 sealed the 4-3 with the Victory Goal, his third of the night. LuquEt4 scored the President Penalty for Paulinho o Loko and LuquEt4’s team and Gaules missed his in the 28th.

Josildo Barata, who scored the first goal of the game, and Thiago ‘TH’ scored for G3X FC; Barata was named MVP despite the defeat.

Matchday 2, on Monday 26 October

The second matchday starts at 17:00 (Brasília time) with Dendele FC against Capim FC, continues with Nyvelados FC against G3X FC, Dibrados FC against Podpah Funkbol Clube and LOUD SC against Fluxo FC, and ends with Furia FC against DesimpaiN in the Challenger. Monday’s results are already shaping the standings in both groups.
